The Erasmus Plus is still growing up in 2019. Evaluations related to Key Action 1 in school education and adult education have been completed. These measures multiply the training opportunities for teachers and staff engaged in the EDA, who can compare themselves with colleagues from other European countries, attending structured courses or exchanging experiences and teaching practices in all European countries. The Agency (in the School education area) received 496 nominations,199 projects were approved which will allow 4,256 (+ 9% compared to 2018) people among teachers, managers and administrative staff of the school to carry out a European mobility experience for a training course, job shadowing (field observation activities) or teaching assignments. The financial commitment to support mobility in this area is around 9,900,000 euro (+ 15% compared to the 2018 budget) and each project on average will allow the mobility of 21 people. As regards the adult education area, the mobility will concern 959 people (+ 37% compared to 2018), the result of the 52 winning projects presented by the national organizations that deal with learning for adults, for a total funding of around 1,900,000 euros (+ 42% compared to the 2018).
